Impact Beyond School Walls (iBSW) formerly known as Beyond School Walls, is an international organisation; born out of a vision to bridge the gap between learning and real-life impact.

iBSW started in 2022 as a simple idea: to empower young minds to embrace self-worth, develop essential skills, and become leaders capable of driving change in their communities.

Since its registration as a nonprofit in 2023 with the corporate affairs commission, iBSW has been focused on enhancing education and creating programs that go beyond traditional education—offering mentorship, skill development, and community engagement opportunities to youth across diverse backgrounds.

At the heart of iBSW is a belief that every young person has untapped potential. We are driven by the goal of shaping minds, raising leaders, and building resilient communities through education, empowerment, and purposeful action.
